Beef and Macaroni Dinner


Much better than hamburger helper, but just about as easy.


1 lb. ground beef (I used 70/30)

A little under 1 lb. of elbow macaroni

8 oz. + 15 oz. tomato sauce

Onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper

Pinch of red pepper flakes


Brown the ground beef and drain off fat. In a separate pot, cook the noodles according to the package and drain. Add noodles to beef along with the rest of the ingredients. I just sprinkled in some of each of the spices until it tasted right and served with a side of peas and corn.

Serves about 5.
